Welcome to Rwanda country of 1000 hills, these 7 days will take you through the magical landscapes of Rwanda, visiting the most popular Nationals parks like Volcanoes NP, and Nyungwe NP
Day 1: Arrival, Pick up from the Airport to the Hotel
Welcome! Upon your arrival, you will be picked up by our driver guide (company representative), who will give you an extraordinary welcome to the land of 1000 hills, Rwanda. You will be transferred directly to your hotel in Kigali for relaxation after your flight.
Note: You can choose a hotel of your choice or suggest one you like.

Day 2: Transfer to Musanze, Ibyawiwacu Village Experience, and Ellen/Diane Fossey Museum Visit, Then Move to Gisenyi
After breakfast, we will drive to Volcanoes National Park, where you will enjoy the Ibyiwacu Cultural Village tour. At the village, you will have a wonderful, interactive experience learning about Rwandan traditions, songs, and dances. You will participate in local dances, drumming, shooting arrows, and a traditional healer’s medicine show. You will also have the chance to sample local food and banana beer, and visit a local household or school.
From there, we will visit the Ellen and Diane Fossey Museum and then drive to Gisenyi, Lake Kivu, where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 3: Boat Ride, Hot Springs, Gas Methane Visit, Sunbathing, and Swimming
After breakfast, you will enjoy a boat ride on Lake Kivu and visit local fishing activities, the hot springs, and a gas methane site. You will also visit coffee plantations, where you can pick beans and learn about coffee processing. After enjoying Lake Kivu, you will have lunch before being transferred to Kinigi, where you can experience beach life, sunbathe, and relax. Later, you will return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Nyungwe, Tea Plantation Visit
Enjoy your breakfast, and afterward, head southwest to the Nyungwe Forest National Park. On the way, you will experience stunning lake views and visit the Gisakura Tea Plantations. Afterward, you will check into your hotel for dinner and the night.

Day 5: Waterfalls and Afternoon Canopy Walkway, Then Transfer to Kigali
After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and drive to Nyungwe National Park, located in the southwest of Rwanda (about a 4-hour drive). Upon arrival at the Gisakura Reception Visitor Center, you will be briefed about the park and the Tropical Waterfall located in the middle of the forest. This hike will take 1 to 4 hours and offer beautiful views of wildflowers and non-forest birds. On a clear day, you can see Lake Kivu and the majestic Virunga Volcanoes. After lunch, you will experience the Canopy Walkway before driving back to Kigali.

Day 6: City Tour
You will be picked up from your hotel in Kigali for a city tour. The tour includes a visit to the Kigali Memorial Center, where 250,000 victims of the Rwanda Genocide against the Tutsi are buried. You will then visit the Campaign Against Genocide Museum (CAG), which details how the RPF/A stopped the genocide and rescued victims. Additional stops include craft markets, Kigali art centers, Nyamirambo old city, Kigali city center, Caplaki art gallery, Kigali Convention Center, and Kimironko Giant Market. You will be transferred to your hotel afterward.

Day 7: Horse Riding, Zip Line, Shopping, and Transfer to the Airport
After breakfast, we will drive to Mount Kigali, where you will enjoy horse riding and zip-lining. Afterward, you will have lunch and time for shopping before being transferred directly to the airport.
